                  I recently had an assignment in History of Photography to emulate the style of one of the famous Pictorialist photographers. I chose Anne Brigman, because I think her photography is really beautiful and inspiring. Many of her photos depict women (often herself) interacting with nature.
                  Here's my attempt. These are all self portraits. I converted them to black and white and added grain in an attempt to make them look older. I also played with the sky in some of them, as Anne would often superimpose pictures together, creating surreal effects.
