I wanted to share some photos I've been working on lately. I've mostly been doing edits on old photos, but I do have some upcoming shoots planned.
As you can tell, I don't use this blog very often any more. If you want to follow my work, please feel free to use any of these sites, as I update them much more frequently:

I'm not sure why I haven't uploaded this one yet, it's a few weeks old now.
Myself and a couple of my classmates had a photo shoot with some of the fashion designers at our school. I took the opportunity to shoot this photograph, which has been in my mind for awhile now. (Well, I've had the idea for awhile... I wasn't sure exactly how the final image would turn out though.) I think this girl was the perfect model for the photo. I think that her Audrey Hepburn-esque looks added to the feeling I was going for in this picture.

I did some shooting in the school studio on Saturday night.
It was good to practise using the studio lights again (it had been awhile), as well as try and get some new material for my portfolio. I'll be graduating from my photography program at the end of March, so I really need to be getting everything together!
Jul was my model and I had a lot of help from my friends and fellow classmates, Tony and Lisa. Lisa was the one who suggested the idea of shooting through fabric, and things just developed from there.
I'm really happy with these... It helps when you have a great team helping you out.

I took these two photos a couple of nights ago.
These are different from most of the photos I've posted so far. I've been working on developing a personal style for myself. When I presented my current portfolio to my teacher and classmates, they decided that my work could be described as "whimsical". So I've been trying to go for that approach...
I really like creating moods and atmospheres in photography.
I'm looking to try and do more "artsy" photography as well as fashion in the next while.
I hope you like them!

Happy Holidays! I'm sorry I haven't updated for awhile... I've spent the last few months dedicated to my school assignments and I've had to do a lot of boring (in my opinion, anyway) photography. I've tried real estate, product photography, corporate, family, etc.One thing I was happy to try out was fashion photography. We got to plan a shoot with fashion designers and actual models. I'm fairly happy with the photos, though I'd like to get back outdoors soon. The studio setting doesn't always provide the most exciting photographs.
Anyways, here are the results from the fashion shoot:
