Hi!

So, I took these photos over a month ago. My models are Pascale again, and another of my very lovely friends, Julianna. We had a lot of fun with this shoot, the girls had some great ideas and are both very photogenic, which made things easy! I figured I should post these photos now, while we still have a tiny bit of summer sunshine left... Good bye summer, hello autumn! 

This weekend my mom is getting married, so I'll be shooting my first wedding! I plan on shooting weddings once I finish school, so I'm really excited (and slightly nervous) to try it out. Let's hope the weather cooperates! It's been really beautiful the past couple of days, and I've been wanting to get out and do some shooting. Autumn is my favourite season, I love the colors. 

Also, I wanted to answer a few of your questions:

All of my photos were shot in the Okanagan area of British Columbia, Canada (I'm lucky to live in such a beautiful area.)

The male model in a lot of my pictures is my boyfriend, Ross. Since we live together, I often ask him to model for my school projects. It turns out he's kind of a natural.

To make watermarks, I use a separate layer in Photoshop and type out the writing, then I lower the opacity of the layer to 30%. (This will sound confusing to people who don't use Photoshop... Here's an online tutorial which gives you a visual: http://www.showandtell-graphics.com/watermark.html)
